I got great value for my money at Detelina Hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the Black Sea. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The breakfast selection could be improved, maybe by offering espresso instead of just instant coffee.

We liked staying at detelina. Free parking was provided to the guests. Right place for a city break in Golden Sands! We would go back in flash...

I liked the pool, the shadow, the bar.

I loved the variety of the restaurant, especially the local wines. The fitness equipment and volleyball court kept me active. The conference room was well-equipped for my business event.

The lobby bar was a bit too central for my liking. It felt like I was constantly in the middle of everything.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable for the room I got. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with a large bed and an awesome view. The staff were also very friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, having breakfast included was a convenient and delicious perk.

the pool is very good, the room are clean, the food are good.

I don't like than many people jump in the pool and you must be very careful than nobody jump on you :-). There are some inscription "do not jump", but nobody cares :-((

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect. it offers amazing value for money, with affordable prices and breakfast included. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided impeccable service throughout our stay. Secondly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with twin beds and an awesome view from the balcony. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, situated in the slope of Golden Sands, close to both the beach and the center of Golden Sands.

All was faultless during our stay at this hotel.

The staff was ok.The pool was and the girls staff ware ok.

The water from the shower was hot-cold-hot-cold.I didn't make any shower well.The cleaning lady enter in the room even if you was in the room and sleep.

The hotel had a great pool area with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The rooms were spacious and came with air conditioning and hair dryers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for accessing nearby restaurants and mini markets.

The cleanliness could have been improved. We found that our room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly during our stay, and the towels were not changed daily.

The pools "working time" (aka open hours) was only to 17 H.

Rooms were dirty. We have stayed 7 nights and or sheets or towels were never changed. There were bugs and ants in the room. The food was terrible; most of the courses consisted in minced meat in every form: meatballs, sausages. There usually was another course of chicken or pork. For salads, we had only tomatoes and cucumbers and once we had green salad with dirt on it. The location of the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. 15 minutes walk from the beach. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.
